Many companies run Odoo as their operational ERP and Lexware Office as their accounting software in parallel. The integration bridges both systems bidirectionally: outgoing invoices are transferred as PDF with the original Odoo layout to Lexware, and payment records — including SEPA direct debits — are synced back to Odoo automatically. PDF export, individual or batch
Transfer customer invoices from Odoo to Lexware Office. Single click on the invoice or batch export from the list view.
Original layout preserved
The Odoo invoice layout is kept 1:1. The PDF visible in Lexware is exactly the one you send to your customers.
Automatic payment sync
As soon as an invoice is marked as paid in Lexware, the payment is recorded in Odoo. Hourly cron job or manual sync on demand.
SEPA direct debit
Full support for SEPA mandates. Existing payment batches in Odoo are recognised and reconciliation entries are booked correctly.
Contact matching
Match by customer number, email or exact name. Optional automatic contact creation in Lexware if no match is found.
Simple configuration
Enter the API key in the Odoo settings, test the connection, done. Secure bearer-token authentication via HTTPS against api.lexoffice.io.
No more duplicate bookkeeping
